Proclamation No. 705 declaring Friday, 26 April 2019, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of its 21st Charter Anniversary on 19 April 2019.
To enable the people of the City of Tarlac celebrate the occasion, the Office of the City Mayor Tarlac requested that Friday, 26 April 2019, instead of 19 April 2019 which falls on a Good Friday, be declared as a special non-working day.
