Proclamation No. 459 declaring Friday, 20 April 2018, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of its 20th Charter Anniversary on 19 April 2018.
To enable the people of the City of Tarlac celebrate the occasion, the Office of the City Mayor Tarlac requested that Friday, 20 April 2018, instead of 19 April 2018 which falls on a Thursday, be declared as a special non-working day.
