AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER EIGHTEENTH OF EACH YEAR AN OFFICIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY AND PROVINCE OF ILOILO TO COMMEMORATE THE BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF GRACIANO LOPEZ JAENA

Section 1. To commemorate the birth anniversary of our national hero Graciano Lopez Jaena, the eighteenth day of December of each year is hereby declared official public holiday in the City and Province of Iloilo.

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, November 9, 1970.
