Proclamation No. 690 declaring Monday, 02 April 2019, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, marks the celebration of its 18th Founding Anniversary on 31 March 2019.
To enable the people of the City of Panabo to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Panabo requested that Monday, 01 April 2019 be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 31 March 2019, which falls on a Sunday.
