Proclamation No. 449 declaring Monday, 26 March 2018, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, marks the celebration of its 17th Founding Anniversary on 31 March 2018.
To enable the people of the City of Panabo to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Panabo requested that Monday, 26 March 2018 be declared as a special non-working day in lieu of 31 March 2018, the actual anniversary day, which falls on a Black Saturday.
