Executive Order No. 12-2018 declaring Friday, 11 May 2018, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the Province of Isabela, in commemoration of the 162nd Foundation Anniversary of the Province.
Presidential Proclamation 108 issued by President Joseph Ejercito Estrada on 10 May 1999 declared May 11th of every year a "Special Day" in the province of Isabela to give the people full opportunity to celebrate the milestone in their history.
