Proclamation No. 471 declaring Tuesday, 19 June 2018, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna marks the 157th birth anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, the country's national hero, and the culmination of the Buhayani Festival (Buhay ng Bayani, Buhay na Bayani), a festival in honor of the life and works of Dr. Rizal and the life of everyday heroes.
