Proclamation No. 955 declaring Monday, 15 June 2020, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of General Santos marks the celebration of its 52nd Charter Anniversary.
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public heath measures.
