"Albay Day" is a Special Nonworking Holiday every 3rd of April (Republic Act No. 11119)

AN ACT DECLARING APRIL 3 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY INCLUDING THE CITIES THEREIN, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY, TO BE KNOWN AS "ALBAY DAY"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. April 3 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Albay, including the cities therein, in commemoration of its founding anniversary, to be known as "Albay Day".

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
