Proclamation No. 656 declaring Wednesday, 06 February 2019, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the Province of Lanao del Norte (except Iligan City), and the Municipalities of Aleosan, Carmen, Kabacan, Midsayap, Pikit, Pigkawayan, and Tulunan, all in the Province of North Cotabato.
The Commission on Elections will conduct a plebiscite on 06 February 2019, Wednesday, in the Province of Lanao del Norte (except Iligan City), and the Municipalities of Aleosan, Carmen, Kabacan, Midsayap, Pikit, Pigkawayan, and Tulunan, all in the Province of North Cotabato, for the ratification of Republic Act 11054 dated 27 July 2018, otherwise knows as the "Organic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao".
