By virtue of Republic Act No. 6721, entitled "An Act Declaring November Thirteen Of Each Year A Special Public Holiday in the Province of Pangasinan", please be advised that Tuesday, November 13, 2018 is declared a special non-working public holiday in the Province of Pangasinan, in order to give the Pangasinenses an opportunity to honor the late Speaker Eugenio Padlan Perez who has done so much for the Province.
